The Solway Coast National Landscape team recently had a trip down to the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape.
This was part of the Northern Group where National Landscapes from across the North of England have the chance to come together to meet and talk about our challenges and progress on our strategic delivery and shared projects.
It was inspirational to hear about all the innovating projects our colleagues are doing, especially the Adder project in the North Pennines National Landscape and all the community engagement work going on in Arnside and Silverdale National Landscape.
In the afternoon we had a chance to get out and meet some fantastic community groups transforming open spaces and unloved buildings for rural communities and talking about innovative land use projects.
A big thanks to our hosts for providing such a great opportunity for collaboration and discussion.
